Fun Kids Activities in Metro East

On weekends, we try to take our son out of the house and away from gadgets for some family bonding and fun activities. We go to different shopping malls to eat, buy groceries and of course, allow our kiddo to have fun!

Here are some places in Metro East we used to visit.

World of Fun

Sta Lucia East Grand Mall is the nearest shopping establishment from our house. Whenever we go there, we never forget to drop by the World of Fun (WOF) located at the fourth floor. This place is definitely not just for kids but for the whole family.

You'll get to enjoy the interiors that feature some of the world famous landmarks such as The Eiffel Tower in Paris, The Statue of Liberty in New York, USA and the Tower of Pisa, Italy.

 

You will see a variety of fun games, arcades and rides that both adults and kids will love!. You just have to buy tokens and tickets to enjoy these different kinds of entertainment.

For families who love singing, they can rent World of Fun videoke room; while those into sports can play at the half court facility at Slamma Jamma.

Kidzoona

The popular playhouse in Japan is already here in the Philippines. Kidzoona's first branch is strategically located at 4th Floor of Robinsons Galleria at EDSA corner Ortigas Avenue,.

Kidzoona is open for children 12 years old and below. Entrance fee is at Php200 an hour per child or Php400 for 3 hours. One guardian can come in for free per child or an additional Php100 for an extra guardian.

Your kids will totally have a blast in trying out its huge inflatable slide, climbing monkey bars, running and jumping in their air track and swimming in a pool of balls.

 

There’s also a role play town for kids who would like to play pretend – as a baker, mail man, fireman, or cashier, among many others.

An area with lots of building blocks, puzzles, musical toys and other fun educational toys.

Have fun with your family and friends from checking out a wide selection of arcades and kiddie rides at Fun House located at 2nd floor of Lucky Gold (LG) Plaza, fronting Ortigas Avenue Extension Road in Rosario, Pasig City.

Tokens are at Php5.00 each. But to save you money, why not buy a Php100.00 worth of tokens, and get an additional 10 tokens for free!

Fun House at Robinsons LG Plaza might not be that spacious but what's important is the entertainment you get from visiting the place!

Pandayan Bookshop
 

Pandayan bookshop is also located at the 2nd level of LG Plaza, it's one of the best places to buy school and office supplies, magazines, charts and of course children’s books.

  

Instill in your child the love for books.Let him/her get book he/she wants to check out. Whenever possible, buy them a book your kids love so they can start checking out picture books at home, or you can begin reading them tales before going to sleep.
